Comfy room and fab location with a lovely pleasant reception area homely and staffed with very helpful receptionists and very friendly. Nice cool fresh flavoured water available and a kettle for tea snd coffee which I thought was a great and generous idea.The price was very competitive. Location a 2 minute walk from the tram and so handy. I would reccomend this hotel without hesitation

Great location, right in the city center. Good breakfast, serving time until 10, and on weekends until 11. Hotel clean, tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Good communication via messages before arrival. Bed very comfortable, room service every day. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the city center, good value for money.

The staff on reception were really helpful every time I spoke to them and had good English. The room was clean and functional. I quite liked the double doors into the room because it made the room very quiet. The breakfast was very good, a lovely quiet room with a nice selection of French breakfast options such as crepes, brioche, yoghurts bread, jams and fruit as well as cereal and American pancakes. The location was really nice and central, with some good restaurants with reasonable prices nearby such as L’Entrecote and La Taverne Royale. The reception area also had plug sockets and water which meant before I caught my flight back, I could recharge my phone and fill up my water bottle even though I had already checked out of my room.

The central place allows you to be close to many places (bars, restaurants, gym). Public transport is also widely available to go anywhere. I did not take any taxi to get to work this time and it went well.

Loaction is amazing, just right in the centre and close to tram lines. Staff is super helpful and nice. I cannot fault the stay at all. Breakfast was nice too.

Great location - central and quiet. Rooms are due a refurbishment but absolutely fine. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast range better than expected for this type of hotel.

The location of this hotel is simply perfect - right in the historical centre of the city with cobbled alleys and narrow streets lined with beautifully and tastefully decorated fronts of restaurants and petits boutiques, only a stone's throw from the castle of Nantes with its majestic ramparts, 10 minute stroll away from a picturesque floral park and many more sights within your reach without any need to use any motorised transport.

Great location right in the centre. We had a lovely twin room with great views over the place Royale. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very decent breakfast.
